CSR Philosophy

Loylty Rewardz Corporate Social Responsibility Policy (CSR) is based on the following broad objectives:

  • To strive for economic development that positively impacts the society at large with minimal resource footprint
  • To be responsible for the Company’s actions and encourage a positive impact through activities on the environment, communities, stakeholders and society

CSR Policy

The Company’s CSR Policy framework details the mechanisms for undertaking various programmes in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the benefit of the community. The CSR projects or programmes that the company undertakes are within the purview of the activities specified in Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. The CSR Committee of the Board oversees the implementation of CSR programmes.
